About Simon

Before joining JCRA I worked for a number of European banks, building up over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance, structuring and repositioning. Most recently I was Head of UK Commercial Real Estate Finance at LBBW, prior to which I was Head of UK Commercial Real Estate Debt Restructures and Workouts at Nationwide Building Society and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance Origination. I have experience across all mainstream real estate and hospitality sectors as well as a number of alternative and emerging real estate sectors.

I enjoy keeping fit and have participated in triathlons including an Ironman 70.3. Most of my spare time is spent with my wife Helen and my two daughters Matilde and Darcy.
